What is your shipping policy?
We process orders within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, at this time we're only shipping to the continental US.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange an item?
Absolutely. We want you to love your jewelry. We accept returns and exchanges on unworn items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team. Please note that sale items and custom pieces are final sale.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been issued.
