What materials are used in your jewelry?
We use a variety of high-quality materials to create our ready-to-wear jewelry. Our pieces primarily feature sterling silver, 14k gold-filled, and 10k solid gold. We also use semi-precious gemstones, freshwater pearls, and cubic zirconia. Specific material information for each item can be found on its product page.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Our Ready-to-wear and Sancera Fine are waterproof, tarnish proof and sweat-proof. To keep your jewelry looking its best, we recommend avoiding spray perfume directly on pieces as the alcohol can dull the materials. When not in use, store your pieces in a cool, dry place, like a jewelry box or pouch. You can gently clean your jewelry with a soft, dry cloth. Sterling is especially sensitive when being stores so we recommend a silver bag or anti-tarnish tabs.
Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
Many of our pieces are designed for sensitive skin. Our sterling silver and gold-filled items are generally great options as they are all nickel free. However, since sensitivities vary, we recommend checking the material details on each product page. If you have a known allergy, please contact us, and we can help you find the perfect piece.
Do you offer customization?
While our ready-to-wear collection is sold as-is, we do offer some customization options through our Sancera Fine and San-Cycled collections. If you have a special request or are interested in a custom design, please contact our team to discuss the possibilities.
