Will I see a mockup before it’s made?
We provide sketches and renderings at all stages of creation for a truly collaborative experience.
Can I use my own gemstone / inherited piece?
We can help reimagine already existing pieces on a case by case basis, depending on materials and complexity.
What if damage occurs?
We are guarantee our custom pieces, stones and materials for 1 calendar year outside of normal wear and tear. We are happy to make wear and tear repairs when applicable for a fee.
Where do you ship, and is it insured?
We ship within the continental US, and all custom pieces are shipped insured.
